Delivery

Everything is made to order, one bench at a time. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which is why lead times are real numbers rather than a shipping estimate.

Lead times

• 2 to 3 weeks — knife holders, cutting board sets, pour-over stands.
• 4 to 6 weeks — smaller decor and wall pieces.
• 6 to 10 weeks — most furniture: tables, benches, casework, shelving.
• 8 to 12 weeks — kitchen islands and larger built-in work.

The clock starts when the design and the timber are confirmed with you, not when the order is placed. If a piece is live-edge, you approve the actual slab before the first cut, and that conversation is part of the lead time.

Getting it to you

Delivery is arranged per order, because a cutting board and a ten-foot dining table are not the same problem. Tell us where the piece is going and we will price it with you before anything is final.
